SUNBURST FARMS (GLENDALE)

BRIDLE PATH BLOCKAGE: If you, or anyone contracted to provide services on your property, block the bridle path for a period longer than 5 minutes (or do not move the vehicle when asked) you are in violation of Policy #14 set forth 01/04/08 (revised 06/13/22). The penalty for non-compliance is an assessment of a fine. The first violation will be accessed at $35.00. A second violation within 30 days will be assessed at $70.00. A third violation within 60 days will be assessed at $100.00. There can be multiple fines accessed on the same day for repeat offences.

Payment Submissions: You MUST include your Customer/Lot Number on your payment remittance. This is crucial for ensuring your payment is applied to your account. Your Lot number can be found in the address section of your monthly bill.

​Late Charges & Fees: If you have been assessed late charges and fees because your payment was not received before the last working day of the month, you MUST submit your request to waive these fees by attending the monthly BOD meeting. There, you can address the Board of Directors to explain the situation and why you wish to have these fees reversed.

If you cannot physically be at the meeting, you must email your request to sunburstfarmsglendalewater@gmail.com so that Sara can forward your request to the board.

Failure to pay the assessed fees will result in further charges and fees.

Irrigator Contact Details: If you need to speak to the irrigator during the irrigation run, you may call (623) 760-5516. This number may be used ONLY if you notice a yard overflowing, a leak on your property, and/or questions about the amount and flow of your irrigation. You may leave messages all other times for a call back. ALL billing questions and changes to irrigation times should still be directed to Sara at sunburstfarmsglendalewater@gmail.com.

Yard / Bridle Path Maintenance: Overgrown yards / weeds and debris can prevent your irrigation from being able to fill your yard effectively. All homeowners are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their yards and bridle paths behind their homes. If you would like help (either one time or ongoing maintenance), please call Steve at (602) 760-5516 to schedule any of the following: Bridle Path Clearing, Yard Cleanup, Bush & Tree Trimming, and Junk Hauling.

Irrigation Orders & Time Change Requests: ALL CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT VERBAL REQUESTS.

ALL requests for irrigation changes must be submitted no later than 12:00pm the Wednesday prior to the start of the irrigation cycle. Refer to the calendar on the back of your monthly newsletter for the current month’s schedule. 

*Remember* Additional fees will only be charged if a request is not received by the mentioned deadline and we CAN fit you into the schedule (if it’s not possible, you will not receive the additional fee).
