​​​​Late Charges & Fees: If you have been assessed late charges and fees because your payment was not received before the last working day of the month, you MUST submit your request to waive these fees by attending the monthly BOD meeting. There, you can address the Board of Directors to explain the situation and why you wish to have these fees reversed.

If you cannot physically be at the meeting, you must email your request to sunburstfarmsglendalewater@gmail.com so that Sara can forward your request to the board.

Failure to pay the assessed fees will result in further charges and fees.

​​​​​​Irrigation Schedule Changes: ALL CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. You may remit the changes using the Irrigation Order Form, through the Contact Form on the website, or via email at sunburstfarmsglendalewater@gmail.com. WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT VERBAL REQUESTS.

Payment Submissions: You MUST include your Customer/Lot Number on your payment remittance. This is crucial for ensuring your payment is applied to your account. If you are using Bill Pay with your, please make sure the account number entered is your LOT NUMBER. You process the payment with enough time for the bank and USPS to deliver the check before the end of the month – just because the check is dated before the due date, does not mean it will be received by the deadline.

Irrigator Contact Details: If you need to speak to the irrigator during the irrigation run, you may call (623) 760-5516. This number may be used ONLY if you notice a yard overflowing, a leak on your property, and/or questions about the amount and flow of your irrigation. You may leave messages all other times for a call back. ALL billing questions and changes to irrigation run times should still be directed to Sara Turner at sunburstfarmsglendalewater@gmail.com or (602) 938-8429.

Bridle Path Speed Regulations: There have been a large volume of complaints regarding the speed of vehicles in the bridle paths.  It is very important that speeds are kept to a minimum.  We have received reports of speeds up to 45 mph, which is unacceptable.  Please remember that children and animals frequent these paths.  We ask that you also notify your service professionals (landscapers, contractors, pest control, etc.) of this speed regulation.

Irrigation Orders & Time Change Requests: ALL requests for irrigation changes must be submitted no later than 12:00pm the Wednesday prior to the start of the irrigation cycle. Refer to the calendar on back for the current month’s schedule.  *Remember* Additional fees will only be charged if a request is not received by the mentioned deadline and we CAN fit you into the schedule (if it’s not possible, you will not receive the additional fee).
